Tohiyo Immigration Consulting was founded by L.Y. (Sammy) Leung, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registered and licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) in good standing, Membership # R706778.

Sammy studied in the United States of America and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.  He also graduated from the Immigration Practitioner Diploma program at the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants.

Sammy is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).  He speaks English and Cantonese.
